In this mini course, participants will delve into the fascinating world of somatic integration, exploring how the mind and body are interconnected and how this connection can be harnessed for personal growth and healing.

Each week, videos will begin understanding the importance of incorporate somatic integration, what is somatic integration from a trauma informed lens, followed by modelling on the rebounder with high intensity music. I will share song title & artist that I am listening to during somatic integration sessions, or feel free to choose your own music.
