Session can include guided breathwork, distance reiki, nervous system regulation skills, or to talk. Choice is yours. Cancel 24 hours without being charged for session.
When possible, a 48 hour courtesy cancellation is appreciated. However, I understand life happens & this is your own plan for self healing.
