Sacred Integration Mentorship is a deeply transformative container designed for ready to embody their highest wisdom and lead with integrity. Rooted in trauma-informed nervous system science and spiritual alchemy, this mentorship guides you through mastering the art of somatic attunement, subconscious healing, and energetic integration.

My teachings are sacred—built from decades of lived experience, spiritual study, and clinical application. They are not offered casually or for passive learning. Each course is a living body of work, created through the lens of trauma-informed care, nervous system wisdom, and intuitive integration.
I honour my own healing journey—not just in hindsight, but in how I show up today. Living with the impact of workplace PTSD has taught me the profound strength it takes to truly listen to my nervous system and follow its guidance. This isn’t surface-level work. It asks for presence, energy, and discernment. I’ve shaped this membership to honour not only the client’s readiness, but my own nervous system, energy, and capacity. I’ve learned that true transformation can only happen when both the practitioner and the participant are met with care, respect, and intention.
Whether you choose to engage through 1:1 Sacred Membership or through self-paced course work, each path is held with the same depth of integrity and reverence. Some are called to walk closely with me in a more intimate, tailored space. Others are drawn to explore in their own rhythm, with resources that guide them gently and deeply.

This is not an open-access portal. My teachings are sacred, built from decades of lived experience, spiritual study, and clinical application. I no longer share course content casually or for passive learning.
Instead, I offer this membership as a living, breathing container of mentorship, integration, and embodied transformation.
This space holds you in a co-regulated learning experience where your nervous system is respected, your pace is honored, and the teachings are given space to settle deeply into your being.
Each course is offered at a base investment of $555 CAD, which includes access to the Sacred Membership learning portal and course materials. As part of the certification process, students are expected to engage in 1:1 teaching time with Lori Anne Spilman.
These mentorship hours allow for personalized reflection, assessment, and skill integration. The pricing for 1:1 teaching is as follows:

In addition to mentorship, students are strongly encouraged to participate in 1:1 self-growth sessions, which support deeper embodiment of the course material.
While these sessions may be billable under Naturopathy, Naturotherapy, or Hypnotherapy, and may be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement where applicable, please know that this work goes far beyond billable hours.
These sessions are sacred, spacious, and deeply integrative. They are designed for those who are ready to move beyond talk therapy and into embodied elemental work—grounded in the nervous system, the breath, and the wisdom of nature.
