Do you offer 1:1 services?

  • Who can book 1:1 Zoom sessions?  1:1 Zoom sessions are exclusive to subscribers of The Reflector and The Devoted tiers.

  • How many sessions do I get?  The Reflector tier includes 1 x 45-minute session per 3-month subscription. The Devoted tier includes 2 x 45-minute sessions per 3-month subscription.

  • When are the sessions held?  All sessions are held on Wednesdays.

  • How do I schedule my session?  Subscribers are invited to email (attm247@gmail.com) to book their session(s) in advance.

  • Can non-subscribers book a session?  No, 1:1 Zoom sessions are only available to active subscribers of The Reflector and The Devoted tiers.

Why do you honor your own journey?

  • After experiencing a nervous breakdown resulting from workplace PTSD, compassion fatigue, and burnout, I walk the walk and talk the talk. I honor my own physical and mental limitations while embracing the creative spark that drives me. By prioritizing my health and alignment, I can create offerings that are rooted in both spirituality and science, designed to support others on their own self-growth journey. 

  • A missing component is the integration work, how do you do the work after therapy?  I am grateful for my educational background as I have the knowledge to scaffold skills, using those skills to re-wire my own nervous system.

What does scaffold of skills mean?

  • My education provided a framework a way to understand how the brain and body communicate. “Scaffolding skills” means using that understanding to build internal supports, step by step, so your system can safely adapt and grow.  The content I create are tools to apply to turn inward, you’re no longer just learning about nervous system regulation; you’re embodying it. You’re using your knowledge to:

    • Recognize when your system is in survival mode (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn).

    • Apply grounding and somatic tools that signal safety to your body.

    • Repattern automatic responses into intentional ones.

    • Build resilience and flexibility,  the ability to return to calm more easily after stress.

What does re-wiring your own nervous system mean? 

  • Rewiring your own nervous system means creating new, healthier pathways of response within your body and mind.  It’s the process of shifting from old survival patterns into states of greater safety, regulation, and connection. Through awareness, consistency, and compassion, you teach your body that it’s safe to rest, feel, express, and receive.  In simple terms, it’s how you move from reacting out of habit or fear to responding with presence and choice.  It’s not about fixing yourself  it’s about remembering your natural rhythm, nurturing safety from within, and allowing your nervous system to support you in living with more ease, clarity, and alignment.

  • Your nervous system is the bridge between your inner and outer worlds. When it feels safe, you feel grounded, intuitive, and creative. Learning to understand and regulate it allows you to move from survival patterns to conscious, compassionate living:  aligning body, mind, and spirit.

Why did you create these content offerings?

  • I offer content as a way to honor my journey and share tools for those it resonates with. Mental health is unique, often misunderstood, and highly stigmatized. My content is created with this in mind. These offerings are designed to provide accessible, compassionate, and grounded support for self-reflection, healing, and nervous system regulation.

Is this a course or a program?
This is an ongoing journey of integration, not a structured course. You move at your own pace, guided by curiosity, reflection, and embodied awareness. Depending on where you are on your integration journey, there will be times when you may read a few “newspapers” and then naturally pause allowing your mind, body, and spirit to absorb and integrate the guidance within.  For others, like myself, this becomes a way of life,  a continual dance between reflection, embodiment, and growth.  All the strategies, teachings, and therapies in the world can be shared, but true transformation happens through integration  when you give yourself space to embody what you’ve learned and live it from within.  This is your guidance.  A reminder that your pace is sacred, your timing is divine, and your integration is where the real magic unfolds.

What do you mean by “integration work”?
Integration work is the process of living what you learn  weaving awareness, embodiment, and reflection into everyday life. It’s about coming home to yourself, not seeking outside of yourself.

Strategies learned in therapy are just one piece of the puzzle. For many, especially those who have been stuck in the mental body:  overthinking, analyzing, or over-planning, these tools alone can feel overwhelming or insufficient.

 

True integration comes when we learn to bring mind, body, and spirit into harmony.

This is where lunar healing becomes a powerful ally. By tuning into the cycles of the moon, we create opportunities to slow down, connect with our bodies, and move into a state of flow, a natural rhythm where insight and intuition emerge.

 

This is the energy of the Divine Feminine, the right brain, the intuitive, creative, and receptive aspect of self.

For many neurodiverse individuals, there can be a tendency to remain anchored in Divine Masculine energy, the left brain, which is logical, analytical, and action-oriented. While this energy is powerful, over-reliance on it can lead to disconnection from the body, intuition, and emotional intelligence.

By engaging in practices that honor lunar rhythms, somatic awareness, and reflective journaling, one can gradually integrate both hemispheres of the brain, balancing thinking with feeling, planning with flow, and doing with being.
