Welcome to Attune: Mind. Body. Spirit.
I believe in the profound interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My intention is to assist you in finding balance, healing, and alignment in every aspect of your life. Whether you're on a journey of personal growth, recovering from trauma, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself, I offer holistic approaches that honor your unique path.
With 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Holistic Counsellor with a background in Naturopathy, a Masters in Exceptionalities, an undergraduate degree in Counselling and Social Sciences.
I also hold a PhD in Spiritual Counselling, PhD in Metaphysics - DMETA, and a Doctorate in Divinity - D. Div.
Both my professional and personal experiences, coupled with over a decade of research, led me to create the Interweaving System: Using Holistic and trauma-informed practices and research to aid in regulating the mind, body, and spirit. This approach focuses on the importance of regulating the nervous system, which is foundational to overall healing.
The healing journey is unique to each individual, and I believe that diagnoses, labels, and experiences are deeply personal.
However, one thing remains true for all of us: we all have a nervous system. Regulating this system is key to unlocking true healing and transformation.
Through Interweaving System sessions, I support clients in regulating their nervous system, addressing trauma, and promoting holistic well-being through a personalized, compassionate approach.
Additionally, I am the author of Roots of Recovery, a book born from both my lived experience and extensive research. It is designed to guide individuals through the process of recovery from trauma, offering tools and insights to help regulate the nervous system and promote emotional and mental health. The principles shared in the book are foundational to the approach I use in my work and the sessions I offer.

Welcome to a space of healing, growth, and transformation.
At the core of my approach to mental health counseling is a humanistic philosophy, which values each individual’s unique journey and intrinsic ability to heal. Drawing from my own lived experience, I deeply honor my own well-being and use this as a foundation to guide others in their healing process. Holistic counseling considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—addressing not only symptoms but the entire spectrum of human experience. This approach integrates various therapeutic modalities to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
As a Holistic Counselor, my focus is on non-pharmaceutical treatments that empower clients to take an active role in their healing. I offer self-care strategies, encourage preventative behaviors, foster lifestyle awareness (including diet and physical activity), and promote body awareness. Additionally, I bring a strong understanding of trauma responses—such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn—and their impact on the nervous system, helping clients navigate the difference between dysregulated and regulated states.
I am available for speaking and teaching engagements related to my book Roots of Recovery. Whether you are hosting an event, workshop, or seminar, I can provide insights and guidance on topics surrounding nervous system regulation, trauma, and holistic healing. Reach out for pricing details, as costs will vary depending on location and setting.
My intention is to guide and empower you through your self-healing process, helping you build resilience, awareness, and balance in your life. Reach out today, and let’s discuss how we can work together to achieve your wellness goals.
