"Becoming you" is a journal using the daily practice of journaling to help transform the way you feel & think, learning to stay in the state of gratitude, and set positive affirmations for your day.
Take time daily to check in on your:

  • self care: exercise, water intake, etc.
  • state what you are grateful for daily: power of gratitude
  • remind yourself what brings you joy
  • state powerful daily affirmations.

This is a 3-month journal to help you shift your thought patterns, reflect on areas of your life you may want to change, and commit daily to self reflect. The beginning of the journal has some self-reflection journal prompts. Take time to reflect with each journal prompt before starting the daily self-reflection pages. For 3 months you will commit to completing self-reflection pages. After the 3 months, you will re-answer the same questions at the beginning of the journal.
