Why I Created Scripted by the Moon
The New Moon in Sagittarius is a threshold of truth, expansion, and re-visioning the story we tell ourselves about who we are becoming. Sagittarius is the seeker, the philosopher, the teacher who learns through lived experience. It asks us to aim our arrow not outward for validation, but inward toward meaning. This is the energy that birthed Scripted by the Moon.
I didn’t create this space to convince anyone of anything. I created it to remember, and to invite you to remember with me.

The Origin Story
Scripted by the Moon emerged from a lifetime of feeling deeply, sensing subtly, and knowing intuitively, often without the kind of evidence the world demands. Like many, I was told I was too emotional, too sensitive, too intuitive. I learned early how quickly intuition can be dismissed when it doesn’t speak the language of logic.
For a long time, I believed I needed to prove my theory, that spirituality and neuroscience are not opposites, but mirrors. That Tarot is not predictive, but integrative. That the Moon doesn’t control us, but reflects us. This fall, something softened. I stopped pushing. I stopped proving. And in that gentleness, creation returned.
Sagittarius teaches that wisdom doesn’t come from force, it comes from synthesis. From allowing experience to shape truth.
My Philosophy: Elements, the Nervous System & Tarot
I work with Tarot as an integrative language—one that weaves together elemental wisdom, nervous system awareness, and lived experience.
Earth (Fawn/Pentacles): mirrors the physical body: safety, grounding, and the body’s need for stability.
Water (Freeze/Cups: mirrors the emotional body: senses, memory, and attachment.
Air (Flight/Swords): governs the mental body: beliefs, perception, and meaning-making.
Fire (Fight/Wands): governs the spiritual body: transformation, activation, creativity, and aliveness.
These elements are not abstract. They are alive in the nervous system. Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn are not flaws. they are elemental responses seeking regulation and expression. Tarot helps us see these states without shame. The Moon helps us time them with compassion.
Rewiring Through Lived Experience
I live with a naturally high fight and flight response. Rather than trying to eliminate these reactions, I learned to reweave them:
Fight response became creativity, a place where energy could move, build, and express rather than attack.
Flight response became intentional movement—walking, somatic awareness, and conscious choice rather than avoidance.
Through this, I learned how to interweave:
the mental body (beliefs and cognition),
the physical body (movement and sensation),
the emotional body (felt truth),
and the spiritual body (meaning and coherence).
This is nervous system rewiring through relationship, not control.
Brain, Body & Sacred Polarity
I approach neuroscience through a spiritual lens.
The left side of the body reflects Divine Feminine (DF)—associated with the right brain: intuition, imagery, emotion, and nonlinear knowing.
The right side of the body reflects Divine Masculine (DM)—associated with the left brain: logic, structure, language, and discernment.
Healing, to me, is not choosing one over the other, it is restoring dialogue between them. Tarot becomes the bridge. The Moon becomes the rhythm. The nervous system becomes the meeting place.
This Is Not Passive Content
What I offer is not aesthetic spirituality or surface-level insight. This is active content.
It asks you to participate. To reflect. To feel. To notice where you deflect, and where you are willing to stay with yourself. This is shadow work. Not the kind that points outward, but the kind that looks into the mirror without blame. Empowerment, for me, is learning how to connect with yourself so deeply that no one else gets to define your inner world for you.
Who This Is For
This space is for those who:
were told they were too much,
feel energetic and emotional shifts before they can explain them,
know things before they can articulate how,
crave depth, not dopamine.
This work is for those learning to trust their intuitive and energetic awareness again, especially if those capacities were once met with ridicule, judgment, or punishment.

Step Into the Work: Rewriting Your Nervous System with the Lunar Cycle
The root of this work is learning how to rewrite your nervous system. This is intentional, embodied work that I share through practical ways you can interweave it into everyday life. One of the most powerful entry points is learning to connect with the lunar shifts, which occur every two to three days, offering natural moments for awareness, regulation, and reflection.
To offer a felt sense of this work, I share a downloadable PDF of the final New Moon of 2025 as a sample of what the Scripted by the Moon subscription includes. If the rhythm, depth, and integration resonate, you are invited to join one of the subscription tiers and continue this work in alignment with your own nervous system and inner timing.
A Sagittarius Intention
This New Moon is not asking you to become someone new.
It is asking you to create from who you already are.
I am no longer here to prove. I am here to share.
If this work resonates, I am grateful you are here.
May this New Moon remind you that your way of knowing is valid and that your nervous system, when met with curiosity and compassion, is not an obstacle, but an oracle.
