Ostara arrives as the quiet turning point where light and dark meet in equal measure. This is not just balance, it is the healed expression of self.

Fire returns here as a spark. Not loud. Not forceful. Just enough to be felt. This “green fire” energy marks the shift from the dormant, slowed rhythm of winter into the awakening current of life.

Ostara honors this life-force as it re-enters the nervous system (energetic body). it is through this honor of life force energy one creates space for growth, for renewal, for transformation, without needing to force it (reactive state).

The return of Fire is felt through the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Not as a reactive state that flares and burns out, but as an intentional response. A steady flame. A slow burn that gradually brings heat back into the body.
